Username/Password Not Correct

We are currently having technical problems with some of our user accounts.  If you are getting a message saying that your username or password are incorrect, please try recreating your account using the same info/email address.  This can be done either on the “Register/Account” page or when you are checking out.

If you have old orders that are not showing up in your account, email us at shop@thebeadery.com and let us know your email, old account name and new account name (if different) and we can reconnect your existing orders to your account.
