Domestic Shipping Rates
including USVI & Puerto Rico
We offer a flat rate shipping for all orders with a product value under $100:
- Contiguous United States – $9.95
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and USVI – $14.95
Free Domestic Shipping is available for any orders with a product value of more than $100.
Note: The $100 does not include sales tax or shipping charges and is evaluated after any coupons or discounts have been applied.
International Shipping Rates
All international orders will ship USPS First Class Package unless otherwise noted. The rates will be displayed in your cart after you select your country in the ship to address pulldown menu. All rates are calculated based on the destination country and order weight. Make sure the ship to address in your store account shows up correctly before proceeding to PayPal for payment. Please do not alter international shipping addresses once you have transfered to PayPal as this may cause problems with customs and shipping forms.
Note: You are responsible for any taxes and duties due on international shipments.
We do not currently ship to every country. If your location appears in the pull down menu when entering your address, we will ship to you. If your country is not listed, please check back later, as we will be adding more locations when we get shipping details worked out.

Packages are generally picked and shipped within 1-2 business days after confirmed receipt of payment. You will receive an email when your item/s have shipped with tracking information.
Normal days of operation are Monday through Friday excluding the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day (January 1)
- Memorial Day (Last Monday in May)
- Independence Day (July 4)
- Labor Day (1st Monday in September)
- Thanksgiving Day (4th Thursday in November)
- The day after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve (December 24)
- Christmas Day (December 25)
- New Years Eve (December 31)
We will try to post any unscheduled closures due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances on our facebook page.
We only accept store payments through PayPal. This is one of the most secure methods to either charge a payment on your credit card or transfer funds from your PayPal or other bank account. Upon completion, you will receive an email confirming the payment.
Taxes / Duties
Any orders being delivered to an address within the state of Rhode Island are subject to state sales tax of 7% of the product price. This charge will be automatically calculated based on shipping address and added to the shopping cart.
All other state sales taxes will be added to the order as required by local laws regarding online sales.
You will be responsible for paying any taxes and duties that are required for international orders upon receipt of your package.
Changes to Orders
Once your order is placed, your payment is processed immediately and the order is sent to fulfillment. No changes can be made to the items or quantities after this point, so please check your order carefully before clicking the submit button.
The Beadery® offers a 30-day money back refund policy for items purchased on our website. Please review the restrictions below before requesting a return:
- Request for a return must be made within 30 days of delivery and may be subject to a 15% restocking charge
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
- You have 7 days to return the goods after an approved Return Authorization Number is issued
- Refunds are made through PayPal, less any fees, after receipt of returned items
- We do not refund shipping costs
- We cannot refund the cost of downloadable content
- Unauthorized returns will be subject to 25% restocking charge
- Failed or refused deliveries for any reason (incorrect address, moved away, changed mind) are considered an unauthorized return and are treated as such
- We do not offer exchange of goods
All return requests for must be made via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following information:
- Order number (found on the packing slip/order email)
- Product SKU being returned and quantity (found on the package or packing slip/order email)
- Reason for return (wrong item, broken item, wrong size, etc)
Once your request is approved you will receive an email confirmation with the Return Authorization Number. Please print out and complete the Return Request Form and include it in the package with the returned items.
